I use SmartRipper and Vod2Audio and am having a problem with the audio's volume going up and down on some movies. Specifically, Jurassic Park 3 and Shrek are having this issue.

Has anyone noticed any specific audio troubles with these titles?

It's realted with dynamic compression. Just use BeSweet to convert your audio form .ac3 to .mp3 and you ahould be fine.
