I've been using DVD RB Pro for years on and off but I have just upgraded my pc. New MB, CPU ram etc. I think my system identifier has changed. How do I get a new key?

I searched the FAQ for key but couldn't find anything.

Thanks

Thanks You just start the app and it will ask for your registered id -- then it will download and install the key.

I have tried but it says connecting, downloading, unsuccessful, connection closed. Does that mean the server is down or that I have used the wrong e-mail address?

Thanks

I can assure you that if you are a registered user and aren't receiving a key, it is because you are using the wrong registered address. The server is functioning, and there have been numerous successful registrations as I look back over the logs for the last 24 hours.

I get a No connection established, then it tries a webdownload, but says it can't show the page?

Unfortunately my server seems to be having issues and they aren't showing on my remote monitoring software. Of course, as luck would have it, it has happened while I'm traveling. I apologize for the inconvenience -- I'm heading home, and will get it back online as soon as I can.

Having the same issue and I simply assumed I had rebuilt so many computers over the years where I've had to reinstall DVD-RB that I had used up my 5 keys and needed to have it reset if possible.

Boy... this one turned out to be a nightmare, but it's back up and running now. The key server has been running reliably for several years and this is the first major crash/problem I've had. I've had it go down for a few hours before -- but never anywhere near this long.

I apologize again for the delay.

I'm having the same problem. Had to do a PC rebuild, and can't get the Key File to load.Server must be down.

Hmmm... I just tested it from two different networks and it is working correctly. Could you try again?

Back in business, Thank you!! Not sure what it could have been. Maybe a glitch in the matrix.
