TMPGEnc what am i doing wrong

can someone give me help on the following proggy please...


When using TMPGEnc in MPEG 1 mode I can cut the finnished file any way I choose...But when I use the MPEG 2 option when I try to cut the file it just freezes and stops responding...any help on this matter please... Or can I use another program that will chop up MPEG 2

TMPG relies on external MPEG2 filters to do that job. Try installing WinDVD's filters, I use PowerDVD's and it doesn't work.
