Is There an App Like Ifoedit for Blu Ray?

Is There an App Like Ifoedit for Blu Ray or is there some version of Ifoedit itself than works on Blu Rays or any other way to edit Blu Ray navigation files. I mostly want the Blu Ray backup files to start playing the movie and skip everything else unless I intentionally select the main menu.
