Extracting BOTH streams from dual audio .avi

Possibly a virtualdub/nandub or graphedit question

I have a dual language avi, but I forgot to add the VBR headers (Xing), causing lag when jumping locations.

I can extract the first stream by selecting "Save as Wav" in virtualdub/nandub,
but there is no way to specify the secondary stream (selecting no-audio does not work).
I've also messed around with graphedit but got thoroughly confused.
