i'm interested in upscaling sd video to hd video not just resizing but actually enhancing the video to have similar sharpness and clarity to an hd video. topaz and red giant are software companies that made plugins for adobe premiere and could do this procedure somewhat. leadtek still makes a pcie card along with software that supports super resolution upconverting. most of the info above stated is no longer available so i'm looking for a solution that is similar, any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
