CCE-SP3 from Premiere Pro CS5.5?

Is it still possible to set up so that I can go from Premiere Pro CS5.5 straight into CCE-SP3 without having to render to an interim file?
I did not see any Premiere plugin version of CCE-SP3 when I installed it, although this does not mean it is not there.......

Any suggestions would be great, and please bear in mind I am not up to speed on video as I am a sound mixer by trade.....

No plugin anymore.
You can use debug framesaerver to feed SP3 out of Premiere timeline without rendering actual AVI file.
