Go to the first page of the bug thread (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?p=1227473#post1227473). Follow the instructions exactly. Make sure you use the exact versions of the software that are linked there. If you follow that post to the letter -- BD Rebuilder will work every time.

Hey there,

I did! Telling T'Pol about you. She SMILED! that's rare, you son of a.... ok, enuffa that.

furthermore I did follow the steps on the recommended first page of the bug thread (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?p=1227473#post1227473) and found some versions to be updated, avisynth that is.

So I renewed Matroska and FFDshow as well.

The Source Code BD is running so far. Wish me luck.
