ac3: split

HI, read that eac3to is able to cut ac3 6 ch files into more chunks.
but I dont know the code, i.e how to tell eac3to to do following tasks (wikipedia did not help me):

"save only the audio from 1.34:00 to 1.45:00 and from 3:09:56 to 4:12:34 and from 00:00:00 to 00:34:20"

it is possible?

I cannot use Audacity because the source file ac3 offers dd 5.1 *but dd 2.0 during commercials* : and is bad for Audacity.

HeadAC3he can do it (I think, having never used an AC3 file with different numbers of channels), but it'll take three different operations:
