Normal video speed, slow speed audio in mp4 file.

Hi
Excuse my English, my native language is Spanish.
I have an mp4 file format in which the speed of the video is ok but the audio speed is very slow.
I tested on the following players and all the same thing happens:
Windows media player
Windows media clasic - Home cinema
Gom player
Vlc

I make a Avisynth script file but I can not fix the problem.

It has 54MB and I can not upload it, I have a very limited connection.

The video is shown at normal speed but the audio is behaving as if in slow motion.

I was trying to separate the audio from video and unite again adjusting the speed of the audio but I failed.
