Problems with Keyframes and wrong timeline!

Hi boys.... i have that simple question about use of virtualdub or virtualdubmod.
I stay to open and modify this file:

When This file it's open and i use the navigation for keyframes i obtain a problems..... a wrong timeline!
Example:
I skip forward to Keyframe at "Frame 389 (0:00:15.560) [K] [1.91 MB]"........ at this point if i use the left or right arrow on keyboard for next or previous frame the time skip forward of backward about 10 or 20 seconds.

Because happened this ?

Look at this example with this file and with this screenshot:

- Navigate to Frames 5052 ad this is the frame:

- At this point press one time to Key-Previous at skip to this frame:

- At this point if i use the Key-Next button i come back to frame 5052 but look the result..i don't obtain the same moment of show!!

For obtain the same frame with correct (i thinks) timeline i need to navigate to previous frame and next frame with single arrow on keyboard.......

Because i have this problems ?

Where did you get the AVI files?

Try resaving the entire AVI (no editing) using direct stream copy for both audio and video, then open the newly saved AVI and see if editing it gives you the same problem.
