Avisynth and MT.DLL

Hey fellas, i've searched the various threads related to this issue but i cannot seem to find a fix that works for me.

Anyway, my issue is that i want to use MT.dll to use all my cores and see if it improves my encoding speed with some filters i use, anyway, this is the issue,

Megui keeps saying this

I've installed versions of avisynth found on the following page that supposedly fixes the issue
I also made sure i placed the avisynth in the SYSWOW64 folder and avisynth plugin folder, still the same error.

I've gone as far as unistalling all of megui, avisynth, down to the registry, fresh install, same error.

I've tried what seems like all avisynth versions on the avisynth download page and still come up with the same error.
