What is the best way to rip 5.1 digital audio from a DVD (ie. what all in one ripper package will give me good 5.1 in an avi/mpeg file) I don't want to play it on a standalone, just on PC, but haven't been able to rip in anything other than stereo.

P.s. don't know how but I can upload/download at over 1meg so if anyone wants to trade (and tell me how) I would be willing

We don't do the piracy gig here dude, if that's what your talking about.

Ripping AC3 files are all in the guides. Use DVD2AVI or SmartRipper stream processing.
