Enable Blanking

I've been having trouble enabling the "ENABLE_BLANKING=1" (movie and menu only) function in the newer versions. Has it been disabled for now. If not how do I set it up. I usually past ENABLE_BLANKING=1 in the INI file right above "paths".

I don't see it listed in the hiddenopts readme.

Thanks. I did search. Since I was having trouble with the newest version of the software I was looking for more current threads. I fixed the problem. I'd explain the answer but I've wasted everyone’s time enough. Thanks again.
