I'm looking for a way to shift all the active lines down by one TV-line, inserting a blank line at the top, and discarding the bottom line.
Is there a filter or script that will do this, as I'm having trouble finding one?

ConvertToYUY2().AddBorders(0,1,0,0).Crop(0,0,0,-1)

Thanks! I didn't think of doing it that way!

Attention if your input is interlaced. In that case, add "interlaced=true" to the Convert. And also, DO check if chroma does need the shift at all. Especially if the input is YV12(i), you might be better off with shifting only luma, and leave chroma alone.
It depends on what you actually have, you need to check.
