Can anyone tell me where i can get MPEG TS having DolbyE audio?

Dolby E is useless outside studios.

Dolby E follows the AES-3 requirements. So, if you're a professional working with broadcast gear, simply feed the output of DP571 to the broadcast muxer you should have and re-route its DVB-ASI output to PC. Voilą!
