Hello everyone. It is the first time I face this problem. I use Megui to convert an anime DVD to .avi and the target file (after muxing) has the audio out of sync. The problem is that when the movie starts audio is out of sync with the video but it gradually gets in sync, basically after the first 15 minutes of the movie.
Any recommendations?

I don't use megui so I cannot help you further. I told you the cause, you should check the options megui has.

Use
AssumeFps(25)
in .avs file.
Seems you need also a Delay.

As you've already encoded the video you could also try opening it with MeGUI's AVI muxer (from the Tools menu) and resave it as a new AVI with the correct frame rate.
