Need some advice with video hard denoise

Need some advice with video hard denoise.
I've got some too noisy video. Need to backup it encoded to H264 (MKV).
Source video is too noisy. Lots of noise is vertical lines near 24 pixel width.

Any advice to do such denoise ?

Try to fix your antenna and/or ask your mother not to use the vacuum cleaner or the kitchen mixer at least when you're recording :)
