Proper Filter Chain/Order?

I'm doing the following and would like to know the proper filter chain/order to run them in: Deinterlace, Denoise, Resize, Crop, and Sharpen.

I usually go: Deinterlace, Crop, Resize, Denoise, Sharpen

After a quick search some people use Denoise before Resize and then again others use Sharpen before Denoise. So the only two that seems constant are Deinterlace first and Crop second.

If I am resizing down, that would be the order. Resizing up, I would do the resize last. The intention would be to minimize processing time.
Others may have a different view.
