Did you use image burn? If not did you burn it as a UDF 2.50?
Did AnyDvd make the image?

I used img burn to make the iso and burn the movie with the output setting from BD-RE

Maybe i should write what i did.
I ripped the movie with Anydvd with basic settings then i reencode the movie with movie only setting in BD-RE chose output as iso and burnt the iso using Imgburn i allso checked that the udf was set to 2.50 in the iso file

You need to check once or which format DVD use to play movies. Most of the time it play but if you are facing the problem then you can check the booklet of your device in which you can easily find the right way to operate.
