Tried uninstalling and reinstalling PremiereAVSPlugin, VirtualDub, Avisynth and cleaned my registry with CCleaner. Neither VDub or Premiere will open AVS files now. :( No idea where to go from here. Internet search yielded no help...

Don't know if it's of any importance but the PremiereAVSPlugin page says: "For the technically minded: dependence on virtualdub is now gone and all resizing/conversions are done using Avisynth internals"

TMPGenc will not open either. Something is terribly wrong I'm afraid :( Did a virus scan...no problem there

How about a simple script like this:

Version()

What happens if you open that in VirtualDub?

Corrupt file in plugin auto-loading directory. Move all files out and retest.

Corrupt file in the avisynth plugin directory??

Yes.
Temporarily move out all files except DirectShowSource.dll and move them back in one by one until you find the one that fails.
Is the Premiere plugin in there? That seems the most likely culprit if you haven't changed anything else recently.

I don't see the Premiere plugin in my Avisynth plugin directory...but I've cleared every thing out of the folder and it's seemingly working now. Just gonna have to do like ya side and go through one by one and see which is causing the issue. I see that "setmemorymax.avsi" was modified yesterday it says....I'm wondering if that has anything to do with it. It reads: "SetMemoryMax(768)" and I'm guessing that was implemented by the PremiereAVSPlugin GUI
