Handbrake can't finish Hangover II

I've tried several times but it's either a 5 or so gig file that is unplayable or it's a 1.8 gig file that plays but it only a quarter of the movie. it looks good and dts is passing thru but it just isn't the whole movie.

I assume it'*s the BD version.
Unplayable says ABSOLUTELY nothing. Be more specific.
A quarter of the movie means usually a bad rip.

it wont open in mpc hc.
i'm obviously new at the bluray.
what specifics whould help?

nevermind, it completed last night.
the only thing i changed that i can think of is i installed megui and updated and installed the neroaac thing
i didnt use it but maybe it updated something that helped
