Hello! I've write a scipt like this:

DirectShowSource("D:\[Zero-Raws] Steins;Gate - Vol.01 (BD 1920x1080 x264 FLAC)\[Zero-Raws] Steins;Gate - 01 (BD 1920x1080 x264 FLAC).mkv")
Trim(3232, 7132)
spline36resize(1280,720)
GradFunk Mirror()

My goal was to cut a scene where deblocking is necessary and see which one I should choose from the x264 presets. But when I typed the GradFunkMirror() line, MeGUI freezed. Even if I don't need autopreview. What is the cause?

Another question, when I should include ConvertToYV12() and when it's not recommended?

I think you should add:

LoadPlugin("gradfun2db.dll")
Import("GradFunkMirror.avsi")

here you can get them:
http://avisynth.org/mediawiki/External_filters#Debanding

I think you goal may be debanding instead of deblocking.
ConvertToYV12() is not necessary,some plugins must working in YV12.

Thank you!
Oh, that's right, I would like to use debanding, not deblocking.
I tried to include the 2 line and test it with AvsPmod, but I got an error saying that the plugin can't be loaded. Even though they're in the plugin folder. I tried to type the whole path, but it's still can't be loaded. Any idea?

Can you post your avs script?

I write my script like this:

SetWorkingDir("C:\Program Files\AviSynth 2.5\plugins")
DirectShowSource("C:\1.avi")
loadplugin("gradfun2db.dll")
import("GradFunkMirror.avsi")
GradFunkMirror()

It works good in my computer at least.

SetWorkingDir("C:\Program Files (x86)\AviSynth 2.5\plugins")
DirectShowSource("D:\[Zero-Raws] Steins;Gate - Vol.01 (BD 1920x1080 x264 FLAC)\[Zero-Raws] Steins;Gate - 01 (BD 1920x1080 x264 FLAC).mkv")
LoadPlugin("gradfun2db.dll")
Import("GradFunkMirror.avsi")
Trim(3232,7131)
spline36resize(1280,720)
GradFunkMirror()

Now, AvsPmod load the plugins, but gives another error:

Even x264 crashes when I load this in Megui.
