DVD ripped, but no bin or cue files

I used DVD2SVCD ver 1.0.6 build 4 to rip Reservoir Dogs. I followed the tutorial and did everything it told me to do. But, after the rip, it did not leave me with any .bin or .cue files. The files are:

DVD2AVI_PROJECT_FILE.d2v
dvd2svcd project file.d2s
dvd2svcd_log.txt
VTS_01_0.IFO
VTS_01_1.vob

I thought that there would be bin and cue files to burn, but they're not there! Do I have to rencode them or something? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I had loads of files in my folder but no cue or bin file i had one big file that´s the movie but no sound. i had about 30 diffrent files ex: final encoded audio and *.jpg *.mpv but no bin or cue file.
