Subtitles and chapter marks in MKV

I've been trying to use BD Rebuilder to create MKV's. Is there a way for it to preserve subtitles and chapter marks in the MKV file?

I've been trying to use BD Rebuilder to create MKV's. Is there a way for it to preserve subtitles and chapter marks in the MKV file? Not now. I should be able to add chapters easy enough... but the only way I can add subtitles would be as a .SUP, and there aren't a lot of players that support that format on MKV.
