Can anyone please suggest a script or filter to eliminate the vertical lines problem in this clip?

The problem is most visible on the vertical lines of the window blind and cabinets. I only just started learning about encoding and usually just use MeGUI, default presets of QTGMC and Srestore for my encoding.
