Hi Everyone,
I am looking for an accurate bit rate calculator, I would like to have one that I can download and have on my PC when not online, or are these only online? I am about to do some Cinevision AVC encodes and would like to accurately figure out bit rate for these instead of guessing LOL, my video is 1080p and it is 126 minutes in length, and I would like to keep it around 18.5 to 19 GB's finish size(need room for my 3 audio options) is there a calc. that would let me figure this out? and does Cinevision hold avg bit rates well?
