I am messing around with avisynth to try to learn how it works. I have a basic understanding of it now, but I was wondering if you guys could give me pointer about what filters you would use for this particular source, so I can learn. Here is a sample clip:

The thing I am having the biggest trouble with is the lines being jagged and the lines (especially their mouths) having a flashing, strobe effect to it. There is also a little ghosting i think. It's kind of big, but I wanted it to be the same clip I am encoding from. Thanks for any pointers!
