I am aware that PIP video/audio are always part of the same .MPLS as the primary video, etc. and, based on my interpretation of what you've posted regarding editing, one can only eliminate entire .MPLS's.

Of course, the audio can be readily deleted without having to resort to anything "special". However, is there not some way to delete the secondary video, as well as the audio?

Of course, the audio can be readily deleted without having to resort to anything "special". However, is there not some way to delete the secondary video, as well as the audio? Not really for full-backup. If you did you'd have to look through all the command possibilities that reference it (virtually impossible) and somehow interprest the BD-J to find references as well. While removing it would be easy -- the resulting problems are unpredictable.
