BD Rebuilder help!

Could anyone please tell me why my rebuild keeps failing? I am trying to back-up my Captain America BD-R. I have the output option set to bd-25, encoder set to idle/high speed 25/one pass ABR. Inspect said everything was ok except a splitter not being installed.
