x264 cli and cuda?

Hi all,

I'm going to change my computer and i'm not sure about the video card...ati/nividia and what about cuda in x264 ? Is there a speed up ? Or it won't change a 0.1 fps ?

i'm not sure about the video card.
It depends on what you want to use it for (decoding and/or encoding). With a NVidia card you can offload decoding to the graphics card with DGDecNV, for example.

what about cuda in x264 ?
There is no cuda in x264.

You'll have elaborate a bit as to what you are trying to do.

Is there a possible update about that ? Very high quality encodage love cuda help, our cpu like this kind of help :D
