got two questions:
1. whats the difference between resampling with libavcodec or libsamplerate sinc? which one delivers a higher quality, libavcodec highest quality or libsamplerate sinc high quality?
2. what difference in quality is there between lib52 and libavcodec when it comes to AC3 encoding (in ffdshow audio)?
