Coverting sd to dvd standart pal

Hi all,

My movie is a 688 x 564 video. I use this line :

--vf resize:width=720,height=576,sar=?:?,method=spline

I need to have a 4/3 video in 720x576, what is the sar value ? :( I try the little tool called ARS calculator but my author tool kick my ass :(

12:11 for SD blu-ray


16:15 is mathematically correct for full frame 720, but blu-ray uses MPEG4-AVC specs (based on 704px width, even though frame size is 720px)
