Hello Folks
i am trying from a time to capture bluray menu frames like this

(i get it from net)
i am using TotalMedia Theatre 5
whenever i play bluray (downloaded untouched from net ) and play in TotalMedia Theatre 5 and press P i get only background image :( like this

so please help me guys what is wrong that i am doing...
where i need to so change settings ??
i am using win 7 ultimate x64
and pic i do capture is with: 1,934 x 1,088 pixels
while i got from net is having: 1,920 x 1,080 pixels
(sorry if i post in wrong section)
