Antialising, progressive video

The video is progressive (30 fps) and has been badly deinterlaced it seems to me, strong aliasing is visible, picture below:

I don't know, try this perhaps?
RemoveGrain(mode=12).Repair(Sharpen(0.3),mode=9).RemoveGrain(mode=14)
Might smash the details too much though.
