Interlace Analyse /what should I do next?

hope this is the correct thread.. if not please move it to correct section!

hi i m new to video conversion..Used "XVID4PSP5"
When I do encode video seems skipping some frames.. i have clicked on detect interlace it gave me following result on a movie

What should i do next? I have tryd without doing any changes and when i do rip the movie sample..it seems converted video droped some frames.. (no smooth playback)
how can i solve this? thanks in advance!

What type of video are you trying to convert and to what format? Is it for playback on a specific device?

I suspect you mightn't find any users of that particular program here, but there will no doubt be alternative programs which should do the job.

Maybe use MediaInfo (http://mediainfo.sourceforge.net/en) to obtain the details of the video you're trying to convert and post the info here, or if possible upload a sample of it for others to download.

163 useless frames seems kind of odd to me.
