For SVC and MVC which is the standard specification used for the same?MPEG-2 Part 10 is common for Both ?
Please share some reference spots for MVC concept understanding.

Both SVC and MVC are covered in annexes in the latest version of the AVC specification.

Hello everyone, please i need help on how to implement/modify jmvc reference software(H.264/MVC) to run with flexible macroblock ordering (dispersed type) technique in order to conceal lost packets at the decoder. Any help/recommendation/reference is highly welcomed.
