Ffmpeg + blur effect

hi!

I got video from DVB an there are some macroblocks

I would like to know if i could set a litle "blur" effect

if i lose some details ,it s not a problem

I'm using libx264 codec

Note : I know avisynth and the filters but i wante use ffmpeg (batch usage)
