Greets, been using AVSplitter 1.2.2.10 just fine on Win7 32bit with Zoom Player. Been using it as my splitter for flv, mov, mp4 and wmv files working fantastic, great, no problems.
But, now I just got a 64-bit OS and using the 32-bit version of AVSplitter on my 64bit OS causes stuttering with many wmv and mp4 files (Zoom Player is 32bit so I have to use the 32bit version). If I use other splitters with those files there is no stuttering so I know the fault is AVSplitter. I tried the beta 1.3.0.7 but still stuttering. My AVSplitter settings are the defaults. Is there anything I can do in the settings to fix this? If not, I guess I will have to try LAV Splitters....
Edit: Grrr... forgot to install ReClock. All is good now. Wow, even with a Quadcore Ivy Bridge 2.3 CPU I still need ReClock to play vids without seek stuttering. Thank god for ReClock... :-)

AVSplitter is the only one that can handle mkv-ordered chapters perfect. Haali Splitter has an issue with HD-Audio tracks with 7.1CH.

Now you just need segment linking, and support for ordered chapters branching multiple segments.
I mean this type of ordered chapters:
<ChapterAtom>
<ChapterUID>2150597541794772651</ChapterUID>
<ChapterSegmentUID format="hex">a820849f9c3225dcb4ef8177b73d74ba</ChapterSegmentUID>
<ChapterTimeStart>00:00:00.000000000</ChapterTimeStart>
<ChapterTimeEnd>00:00:10.944000000</ChapterTimeEnd>
<ChapterFlagHidden>0</ChapterFlagHidden>
<ChapterFlagEnabled>1</ChapterFlagEnabled>
<ChapterDisplay>
<ChapterString>(unnamed)</ChapterString>
<ChapterLanguage>und</ChapterLanguage>
</ChapterDisplay>
</ChapterAtom>

Do you have content?
Well, surely many people have already wrapped HEVC in both MP4 and TS containers (thanks to the latest GPAC).
Still not sure of what you actually meant, though :)

What on earth? I try to download 1.3.0.7 from here and codecs.com, but the archive turns out to be corrupted. And the executable unpacked can't run...
