Aac - sbr?

muxing AAC with mvkmerge requires me to know whether my aac file is SBR or not. how can I find this out?

mediainfo only tells 141 Kbps, 48.0 KHz, 2 channels, AAC (Version 2) (LC)

MediaInfo say about a SBR file:

Format profile : HE-AAC / LC
Format settings, SBR : Yes (Implicit)
Codec : AAC LC-SBR

If not SBR:

Format profile : LC
Codec : AAC LC

BTW, the SBR is only usefull for less than 96 Kb/s (for 2 channels)

thanks, my file doesnt seem to be SBR then.
