FFT3DGPU x64 not working

I'm using Megui x64

but I can't loaded only FFT3DGPU.dll

FFT3DGPU working on Avisynth x64?

I put in the fft3dgpu.hlsl+dll same directory

What's the problem?

Windows7 x64
ATI HD6850
