I am reposting a link to a thread in the MeGui forum. I hope this does not violate any rules.
I have been attempting to use lossless encoding with q0 in converting some 1080i captures using q0 with MeGui.
The framerate is 30000/1001 but the resulting h264 streams all appear as 24000/1001 in tsmuxer. Any attempt to alter the framerate results in either a crash or complete loss of audio sync.
I am hoping someone might explain this behaviour.
As soon as the encodes are switched to q1 or higher, the muxing goes well with correct framerate identified.
The encoding logs are located in this thread:

Thanks in advance for any help. BK
