this is not Wave_Format_Extensible of the standard wave format. this is a directshow decoder for wavpack lossless audio format (*.wv files)

or also. mka,. mkv wav pack that contains audio stream .... ffdshow play wavpack formats, but lossy and hybrid modes in it are buggy

With a quick look, this looks like CoreWavPack... Lord had managed to save a revision of it (clicky (http://www.cccp-project.net/stuff/CoreWavPack.rar)), and comparing the sources I'd pretty much say that it's the same thing, just that you seem to have updated the wavpack library in a commit some hours ago.

You might want to mention that on the project's site :) Also, I would personally use hg or git for the revision control, and remove those commits where you ended up uploading binaries, but that's just me ;)
