I need a Filter to auto-detect and trim Dupe Frame

I have a video with very bad framefrate. The framerate keep changing. So I cannot use SelectEvery().
I tried the Dup Filter plugins from Donald but I cant have it working. Can someone suggest me a other plugin to successfull trim dupe frame.
