hello everyone:
Please, help me handling OpenSVC problem in window system.
I compiled TCPMP. Thought, I included “avc.plg’， However, the "player.exe" can't decode “.264”. Meanwhile, I tested other TCPMP version without SVC supporting, the version's "player.exe" can decode ".264". What should I do?
By the way, there is another question, how can I compile "MPlayer.exe" with the open source in window system.
Did anyone meet the same question? Thank you.
