Does anyone know a tool to detect all scene changes (URL=http://www.google.co.uk/search?q=scene+change+detection) in a movie and extract/export the first frame of each new scene (as an image file)? (Proof-of-concept (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4988BhKUa9Q&NR=1)). It would be an enormous help to quickly compare two videos with regards to added and deleted scenes.
