I use MPC-HC all the time to play on my HDTV and want to invoke the MPC-HC Jump functions via the fast forward/reverse or even next/prev track buttons on the Windows Media remote control that came with my HP notebook. It's not clear which if any of the dozens of keybindings will work for this and I've tried some obvious ones like VK_MEDIA_PREV_TRACK and VK_PRIOR without success.

If anybody can use the MPC-HC Jump functions on a remote control, please tell how you got it to work. Thanks!

I've been using LM Remote KeyMap for my remote for some time, as it allows you to view any default or set a custom key binding for any button on the remote.

Excellent! Works just great. Problem totally solved. Thanks so much for that tip.
