Green Line at the bottom of my encode

Hello,

Lately I've been getting a green line at the bottom of my encodes. I was wondering if anyone knows how to get rid of this. I've tried cropping it out but that doesn't work. It seems the green line is only noticable when you play the movie in full screen or use windows media player. Any help would be appreciated.

Have you got the divx 4 codec installed?
If so did you select let divx 4 playback divx 3 conetent?

As that might be your problem.
