Star Trek Error

I ripped Star Trek to hard drive using AnyDVD. When I try to use DVD Rebuilder Pro I keep getting this error message:

[13:28:20] One Click encoding activated...
[13:28:20] 00000 00075 -- error attempting to open DVD.
- PREPARE Aborted. No source.
Aborted.

Not much info for any real help at this point.
Did you rip the disc to an ISO or to files. If it is an ISO what did you mount to. Virtual Clone Drive or something else?
