Hi,
I have lotr [4 disc set] and I want to convert these 4 discs to pal vcd or svcd, I want to convert these files from the ntsc to pal because my tv plays it back in black and white.
I reckon, if I can convert them to 25 fps, It will play back in color.
Can anyone help me, if they can what appz do I need to do it.
